Q. When is the leasing center open?
A. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The office is open on all holidays except for Thanksgiving Day, the afternoon on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday. At times, we may have extended hours or after-hour events. Should you be unable to visit during our scheduled hours, please let us know so we may have the opportunity to accommodate your schedule.

 

Q. Is this a pet-friendly community and, if so, what is the policy?
A. Yes, we are pet-friendly! Up to two animals are allowed per apartment home with a combined weight limit of 80 pounds. A non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent apply to each animal. Some dog breed restrictions apply due to their aggressive nature, and certain exotic pets are not permitted.

QWhy are there price ranges for the same floor plan and how do I know what the actual cost will be for a specific apartment?
A. Rental rates are subject to change daily and may vary based on move-in date, desired lease length, and specific apartment features. If you would like to discuss your options in detail, our professional leasing team will personally assist you with finding the best apartment home to fit your needs.

QWhat are the application requirements?

QWhat amount can I expect to pay for my security deposit?
A. The security deposit amount ranges from $150 to the equivalent amount of one month’s rent, depending on credit history. If an increased security deposit is owed, you may be eligible for our security deposit payment program, called RentOpt.

 

QWhat is RentOpt?
A. RentOpt is an innovative program designed to help applicants who don’t have perfect rental and credit history and are required to pay an increased security deposit. It is designed to give you greater flexibility, lower your upfront security deposit payment, and allow you to move into your new home faster and easier.

QWill I need to purchase renter’s insurance?
A. Renter's insurance is complimentary and provided to all residents. Should you prefer to acquire additional coverage, you are certainly entitled to do so. Please ask for policy details.
